Nikki is the wife of Ridgeline’s founder, Chris Nichols. Chris built Ridgeline from a deep belief that real estate is more than transactions — it is about trust, relationships, and helping people find a place to truly call home. His vision was to create a company where clients felt supported, valued, and confident that someone was genuinely working on their behalf.
Following Chris’s unexpected passing, his dream did not fade — it became a calling.
Inspired by Chris’s heart for service, his love for the community, and the beautiful way he conducted business, Nikki felt led to continue the mission he began. She pursued and earned her real estate license with one purpose: to carry forward Chris’s legacy and serve others with the same integrity, compassion, and dedication that defined Ridgeline from the very beginning.
Nikki has over 25 years in the insurance industry with vast experience across claims, sales and underwriting. Serving as a TPA Director for Accelerant, a global insurance marketplace, she thrives on building relationships between program managers, claims, underwriting and reinsurers ensuring mutual success while adhering to regulatory requirements. Her experience in the insurance industry, will only enhance customer experience for her Ridgeline clients.
Nikki is honored to continue that legacy alongside Managing Broker Lacey Hoagland and the entire Ridgeline family. Together, the Ridgeline remains committed to working on behalf of those we serve — providing exceptional service, genuine care, and heartfelt concern for every client and every home.
