Lacey Hoagland is the Designated Managing Broker for Ridgeline Sales Group, where she oversees brokerage operations and supervises the company’s licensed brokers. She earned her real estate broker license in 2020 and has built her career on a strong commitment to client service and professional growth. She earned her managing broker license in 2024 and was appointed Designated Managing Broker in August 2025. In 2025, she also became licensed in Missouri, expanding her ability to assist clients across state lines.
Lacey lives in northern Calhoun County with her husband, Joe, and their two daughters, Maggie and Josie. When she’s not helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions, she enjoys camping, boating, gardening, and traveling. Lacey values building strong relationships and takes pride in guiding her clients with honesty, clear communication, and a personal approach that helps make the process feel a little easier
