Chris Nichols

Chris is very proud to bring Ridgeline Sales Group, LLC to all the local communities in West Central Illinois! Previously a co-owner at both Pike County Real Estate, Inc. & PCRE Real Estate & Auction, Inc., Chris has almost 20 years of real estate sales experience and a team of nearly 20 real estate professionals ready to help at a moment’s notice!

Originally from upstate New York, Chris grew up an avid outdoorsman and developed an interest in whitetail deer and quality deer management.  That interest grew and led him to Mississippi State University in 2003, where he served under a graduate student on a vegetation study, and later became a videographer and editor at Mossy Oak Productions in West Point, MS.  The 2 years spent at Mossy Oak allowed him the opportunity as a young man, to travel North America and make a lifetime’s worth of contacts & connections, ultimately leading him to the whitetail capital of the world, Pike County, Illinois.  

Chris, his wife Nikki, son Lucas, stepdaughter Lila, and stepson Liam have made Pike County their home.  For nearly 20 years now, Chris has lived there and specialized in selling farmland, hunting properties and homes all throughout the surrounding area.  Through his work and dedication to serving his community, he has developed a book of business full of buyers and sellers of some of the area’s finest  hunting properties & homes, many of which have become not only fantastic clients, but great friends as well.  Chris and his team cover every facet of real estate, and strive to provide a superior level of service and guidance, unmatched by the competition.
